Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

Avoid Prof Maya (Skin doctor) if you're going to check on your skin. She is the type of old school doctor who thinks she's always right and will immediately dismiss all your feelings. Your concerns will be ignored and brushed off.

While it's true that doctors are experienced than patients problem is her self righteousness includes medical testimonies. Ie you said that pus flowed from the pimple but she will say it's impossible ect ect or implying that you're lying. And I quote "I don't care, if it's from another doctor or patient, If I don't see it then it's not true" Just get the other doctors, probably won't have this superiority complex and try to make you feel like a liar 3 stars due to still giving a diagnosis rather than not saying anything at all

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this hospital truly deserves one. The service was excellent, fast, and very organized. The staff handled everything efficiently in parallel, while I was treated in the Emergency Room, my brother could take care of the administration without any hassle. Special thanks to Dr.

Edwin, who were incredibly kind, patient, and professional. They made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. This place is truly underrated and people should know about it. Highly recommended!

The hospital is clean and not crowded. The nurses and doctors are very friendly. Many thanks to Nurse Nida, Nurse Sri, Nurse Sinta, Nurse Zahra, Nurse Rere, and Nurse Rolly for being so caring. The hospital feels comfortable and not intimidating. The registration and administrative process is quick.

This hospital was recommended to me by another American, and I’m glad I decided to check it out. I have been to both the emergency department and the clinic. They have both been clean, professional, and have great doctors.

Additionally, the staff speak good English, which is important for me understanding the process as well as my doctor’s recommendations. The price is reasonable and I really like that they have a pharmacy on site to pick up my prescriptions. I have been seeing the same doctor (Edwin) for months now, and couldn’t be happier with my choice.
