RS Umum Royal Progress

My first time in 21 years of life being hospitalized for 8 days at Royal Progress left a very good impression for me. I stayed at room 618. The facilities are quite complete, very helpful with the refrigerator and microwave.

The room is quite spacious and sofa that can be used as a bed for my family. Their collaboration with several restaurants around the hospital adds a better impression, so me and my family have many choices to eat since this hospital only provide vegetarian menu for patient. I feel like I was in a hotel, not a hospital hahah. Good job Royal Progress!

The best hospital to get maximum health services, assisted by a management team that always provides responsive support services. Thank you, Mr. Narno and Ms. Cantika.

As any sane person, I completely understand if there are emergencies that could disrupt outpatient schedules. However, I do think it is quite unfortunate that they were not able to inform me beforehand even though I was already late for my scheduled appointment that I have tried to confirm through Whatsapp but got no reply on. I was only informed that the physician had an emergency at another hospital on my first arrival. Upon arriving for the second time on my supposed reappointed time, I was again asked to wait for longer which, again, could have been informed to me before my arrival. In total, I waited for than 3 hours, 3 hours that I could have spent wisely elsewhere.

I also was not greeted with any apology or friendly service from the staff though that part could be understood from workload or any stress the staff were under that I was not aware of. With that said, I do appreciate the time made to see me and my health concerns by the staff which is why I am leaving 3 stars. Sincerely, I do think there are some areas for improvement.
