Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

Had to take my mom to the hospital during the CNY period due to a possible dengue infection. She was hospitalized for four days before fully recovering. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The service was excellent, and the nurses were incredibly kind, friendly, and truly passionate about their work. They made a stressful time much easier for our family. I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The nurses were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my care. Room 5705 Great service and a wonderful experience overall. From pregnancy check-ups to delivery, everything went smoothly. The doctor explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and calm. The doctors and nurses were very helpful during the surgery and recovery. The nurses were also kind and supportive in guiding me with baby care.
