  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

Had to take my mom to the hospital during the CNY period due to a possible dengue infection. She was hospitalized for four days before fully recovering. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The service was excellent, and the nurses were incredibly kind, friendly, and truly passionate about their work. They made a stressful time much easier for our family. Props to the wonderful nurses who took such great care of my mom-- Halida, Silvi, Siska, Siti, Ani, and Anisa. Very grateful for your dedication and compassion From VIP room 6408

I had a very positive experience at this hospital. The nurses were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout my care. I would especially like to thank Nurse Halida, Nurse Putri, Nurse Puspita, Nurse Siti, Nurse Milda, Nurse Feby, and Nurse Romi for their dedication and compassion. Room 5705 Great service and a wonderful experience overall. From pregnancy check-ups to delivery, everything went smoothly. The doctor explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and calm. The doctors and nurses were very helpful during the surgery and recovery. The nurses were also kind and supportive in guiding me with baby care.
