Thank you for excellent service of all the staff! Start from registration staff, bu rangga and yovita, they gave a warm welcome and assisted me swiftly. Special thanks to Dr. Benny who is very friendly and calm me down so much during my first odontectomy, i didnt feel nervous at all.

Bd. retno also very helpful with all the questions i have related to the surgery. The surgery went smooth and took less than 20 mins. Will recommend my friends, my colleagues and family to go to this hospital: ) Ps. I am using BPJS and still have this top notch service Kudos, Bhakti Mulia!

I like the politeness shown by the staff in this hospital, doctors and nurses alike, even though I'm a BPJS patient. The room is quite clean and well-maintained. However, I like to point out one section that needs to be improved. The bathroom was clogged, so if someone were to take a bath, there would be puddles inside the bathroom. Another thing I like to highlight is the security in the parking lot, especially the motorbike parking lot.

My husband lost his helmet because someone stole it. It's quite upsetting really because it's quite an expensive helmet. With the securities and the parking officer around, still there's thieve free roaming around the hospital.
