The service provided by the staff exceeded my expectations. The facility was clean and tidy. It also has Indomaret and Point Coffee, which are convenient and reasonably priced.

Overall, the service quality and doctor fees were affordable compared to other hospitals in the area. However, for improvement, the doctor’s service could be better. I felt that the time and effort spent on diagnosis and examination were somewhat limited.

I stayed for four days in a Deluxe room on the 6th floor. The nurses were very kind and attentive, and the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. The service was excellent, every request was handled promptly and professionally. The room was comfortable and made my stay very pleasant.

There's a certain warmth you receive upon entering this hospital. All the staffs are genuinely kind and caring. They're very patient with all their customers and patients. Facilities in the room are well kept and clean. Nurses and doctors are very responsive and respectful.

New building and modern facilities. Nurses and all staff are very friendly and helpful. The doctor who explains and treats my mom cases is very professional. This is the room for BPJS class 1.

There are 2 beds in room and 1 spacious bathroom. Cleaning service works 2-3 times a day to make sure the rooms spotless. The food is OK but the dessert is amazing
