Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

The IGD service was very responsive. Doctors and nurses in both the IGD and inpatient ward were fast, attentive, and professional. Specialist doctors were very thorough in examining the patient and clearly explained lab results, related tests, and the diagnosis.

The hospital cleanliness was well maintained, with cleaning staff coming twice a day to clean the room. The food options for both patients and companions were tasty and varied. For the suite room type, patients can even choose their own meals. The nutrition team was very thorough in adjusting main meals and snacks according to the patient’s medical condition and preferences. …
