The response was very quick, the staff were polite, and the medicine arrived at my home promptly. In addition, all of the pharmacy staff provided excellent service when I was at the hospital waiting for my father's medication

I had a really good experience at Siloam Heart Diagram Hospital. The doctors and nurses were friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly so I could actually understand what was going on with my heart. The place is clean, organized, and I didn’t have to wait too long, which was a big plus. The staff made me feel comfortable the whole time, and I could tell they genuinely cared. The mix of modern equipment and the way they treat patients made me feel safe and confident about my treatment.

Well, Agustus 2020, it's first time to me visit this Hospital, Good services, clean floor, cold, professional. All of staff use masker, face shield. I almost wrong visit hospital, because this hospital was really nearby with Puri Cinere Hospital.

All of patient from BPJS must doing rapid test before entry and meet the doctor, it's a simple test, seems like you blood type test, then you wait for 5 minute and the result will coming. If the result of rapid test is non reactive, you can go through entry this hospital and meet the doctor. So #staysafe
