Friendly staffs and doctors, clean and neat rooms, the variety of the menu. Efficient administration process. Support facilities are running.

I do hospitalized for 5 days at Hermina Hospital, 6th floor room 604. They gave good services to me as patient. Fully thanks for all staffs, nurses and doctors especially for dr. Yani Kurniawan Sp PD, dr.

Catur Banuaji SpS and dr. Shepora SpKK. Room was clean and facilities were very satisfy. Thank you so much for good treatment to me and really appreciate.

This is one of the big old private hospital in Depok City. It's even evolving bigger as it is still in progress adding new building. It's quite clean even in the BPJS ward. The staffs are quite friendly and responsive specially the security staff in the front office. Nurses are good.

They have many doctors with variety of specialty. Some doctors are very friendy too. Overall, the services are good. …

I’m confused about the appointment process. Even after calling ahead, I still had to register again upon arrival. The registration process was extremely slow, likely due to limited staff, and it took a long time to complete.

While this hospital is somewhat better than Mitra Keluarga, the overall service remains very slow. Back here December 2025, still the same

The service of the registration, pharmacy, cashier is not good which needs so much time. I went for medical examination and wait for almost 1 hour just for registration not mentioning when we wait for medicine in pharmacy ( than 1 hour) and payment in cashier. They mix between insurance and private payment. I do not know their procedure but one thing surely, they need to review for faster services.
