I gave birth to my first child here, and overall it was good, but just average and need improvement. Although I stayed in a VIP room, there was no salon service to wash my hair. Being there for 5 days, my hair did feel greasy. Additionally, there were many birth documents, and they only provided one copy of each in a brown envelope.

It would be better if they provided a large folder with plastic sleeves, so the documents wouldn't be scattered in separate brown envelopes

You have to make a reservation maximum D-1 upon your arrival thru the official Whatsupp Customer Care. The results of test, Doctor Letter of Health and Invoice sends in separately emails and need about 6-7 Hours to send which is quite long and i just keep asking them in Whatsupp.
