going here to see my friend… the patient room is clean, spacious and comfortable, there is a dispenser in the room, the doctors and the nurses are great, access to the patient room from the lobby is also easy, not too far. there are many restaurants around the hospital….

I had a very positive experience at Hermina Hospital Ciputat. The facility is clean, organized, and well-equipped. From the moment I entered, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The doctors took the time to listen and explain everything clearly, which made me feel confident and cared for. The nursing team was attentive and responsive, especially during treatment and recovery.

I also appreciated the efficiency of their lab and radiology services—everything was done in one place, without needing to go elsewhere. Good experience here especially on dentist. The dentist was very calm and good to service the patient. Early booking is needed by phone 1500488 or by online applications.

But be prepared to come earlier from your schedule.
