Disappointed with the service at Surya Husada Hospital. I made a reservation on April 15th for a dental appointment for root canal treatment and was given a schedule for April 22nd, meaning I had to endure dental pain for a full week. Then, just one day before the appointment, they informed me that the doctor would be unavailable due to religious holiday, and rescheduled my visit to May 1st, than a week later.
I fully respect and understand the cultural holiday, but what’s frustrating is that there was no prior notice or announcement on their website, nor did they pause or block dental registrations during that period. Patients should’ve at least been given the chance to book elsewhere. When I called the customer service, there was no apology, just a casual message offering May 5th if I couldn’t wait until May 1st. I explained I was already in pain and had waited patiently for a week, but the only solution they could offer was to visit a clinic for painkillers. …

We had an excellent experience at Surya Husada Hospital in Pulau Serangan last nite. We went there for an emergency after our oma got fall and hit by the head when she did the laundry at home. Dr. Mul, Dr Mega, Dr.
Lina, ER nursing staff, Radiology night staff, Pharmacy night staff and also the administration night staff efforts are well appreciated! eventhough last night ER was so full, but they managed to gave us best services despite we only use BPJS so there are no costs at all Especially we really thankful for Dr. Mul he was so cooperative, supportive, polite and very helpful to take care of our oma to have her head CT scanned and thank God there are no serious injury. Thankyou for wonderful experience we had in Surya Husadha Hospital ER last nite. God bless you

ABSOLUTELY amazing I have no words, my boyfriend had a serious viral infection, we were directed by insurance to this hospital, the staff took such a wonderful care of us, they did all the necessary tests super quick, liaised with the insurance company directly and we didn't have to worry at all. They were super kind and spoke perfect English and explained everything at every step of the way. Not to mention, the hospital was like a hotel! We had a private room with our own bathroom and shower, with a couch for me to sleep on, and I could be with my boyfriend 24/7, I didn't need to leave even once. They did all the necessary tests and were very thorough, making sure my boyfriend is fully recovered before discharging us.
