Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

I give this hospital 11/10: impeccable service, doctors and urban planning with attention to detail and consideration for people’s needs. I came w/o an appointment and was already at Orthopaedics office with the doctor in 10 minutes. Same day MRI scan.

Price is logical and reasonable. Paid 4million total for consultation and MRI.

I'm a 73-year-old nomadic traveler for the past 7 years. Visited a gynecologist at the hospital today and had an incredible experience. Every single person I spoke to was lovely. The doctor took her time.

Was very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and explained everything. I couldn't have been pleased with my visit. I highly recommend this facility. Oh, and the cost was unbelievably inexpensive consult pelvic exam less than $50 US

I have visited BIH over 3 days, as well as an appointment last month with my orthopedic spinal specialist/surgeon. Yesterday I had a day surgery procedure performed under anesthestic. My experience at BIH has been excellent all the way through my medical treatment. From the porter service, to administration, the nurses & the specialists. I can't fault anything.

The hospital is spotlessly clean, with medical equipment being of the highest standard, using the latest technology. My room on Ward D4, for prior to and after my procedure, was large, comfortable, had a private ensuite, smart tv, and a sofa bed for my partner to rest on. I would highly recommend Bali International Hospital to anybody wanting, or needing, first-class medical care.

Underwent an emergency C-section at 2 a. m. , and I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the doctors and nurses for their attentiveness and the excellent care provided throughout the procedure and recovery.

Their professionalism and responsiveness during such a critical time were truly commendable. However, I was disappointed with the overall cost, which does not appear proportionate to the facilities and services provided, and not to mention it's also 3x higher than the delivery package proposed by BIH. The charges were significantly higher compared to my previous experience in also a 5⭐ hospital Jakarta. Two years ago, I delivered at another 5⭐ hospital in Jakarta at approximately IDR 40 million less than BIH charged me and I've checked the price doesn't have significant increase this year. …
