Permata Cibubur Hospital provides excellent care. The nurses were very compassionate and always attentive to my needs. The doctors are knowledgeable and explain everything clearly.

From registration to discharge, the process is smooth and the staff is friendly. Other facilities are especially a large parking area and a mosque that is clean and easily accessible within the hospital area. It provides a lot of comfort in difficult times.

I was hospitalized at Permata Cibubur from 21–25 September 2025 and overall felt satisfied with the services. The doctors were informative and helpful, and the nurses were attentive and supportive. However, I noticed that the hospital lacks adequate radiology facilities, which often forces patients to be referred to other hospitals for tests. During my recent stay, I was sent to Abdi Waluyo Hospital at around 23: 00 for an MRI and only returned to Permata around 02: 00. This experience left me extremely cold, shivering, and struggling to breathe.

Fortunately, the nurses responded promptly and provided the care I needed to stabilize. This was not the first time I experienced being referred out—previously, I was sent to Mitra Bekasi for an EMG and to Eka Hospital Cibubur for another MRI. I strongly recommend Permata Cibubur to upgrade its radiology services so patients can receive complete care on-site without the stress of late-night transfers. …
