Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

My experience while my father was being treated at Hermina Grand Wisata was excellent. All the staff were friendly and promptly attended to patient needs. From registration and security, to the general practitioner, nurses, specialist doctors, and cleaning staff, everyone was kind and courteous.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Hermina Grand Wisata Hospital for a Medical Check-Up (MCU), and I must say, the experience was exceptional. The waiting room was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly polite, which immediately put me at ease. One pleasant surprise was the quality of the food provided.

It's not often you find such delicious offerings in a hospital setting. This attention to detail truly sets Hermina Grand Wisata apart. Overall, I couldn't be impressed with the level of service I received during my visit. It's clear that they prioritize the well-being and comfort of their patients. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Recommend hospital for Tambun area. Always improving to be the better one, new building, new parking lot, new administration system, etc. Also received BPJS patient, but I never used my BPJS because it will take a lot of time. Even using private insurance or cash, you should choose a good time in order to makesure you will not wasting your time in this place.

Hopefully the management can find a better formula to makesure us as patient can receive a faster service. From register, waiting the doctor, waiting at drugstore and at last waiting at cashier.
