  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

Review RS Mitra Timur Excellent Service and Care I recently had the opportunity to visit RS Mitra Timur for medical treatment for my Mom, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and care provided by the hospital. Facilities and Amenities The hospital's facilities are modern and well-maintained, with clean and comfortable rooms, as well as state-of-the-art medical equipment. The hospital also provides a range of amenities, including a cafeteria, pharmacy, 24 hours canteen and parking facilities. Hi Speed free Wifi.

Medical Staff The medical staff at RS Mitra Timur are highly trained and professional, with a clear commitment to providing the best possible care to patients. My doctor - Dr Wiem was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain my treatment options and answer any questions I had. Nursing Care The nursing staff at RS Mitra Timur are also highly trained and provided excellent care during my stay. They were attentive, responsive, and made sure that I had everything I needed. Our room is Euphorbia #329 close to windows with some good spot views. …

Always went here to meet the ENT doctor, Doctor Gunawan Effendi because he is the one I can trust for ENT. Staffs are friendy. However, the service in administration like registration or payment is slow, i think need to improve at this even I saw there are 3 staffs around the counter but only one who is doing it
