Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

On Friday, January 2nd 2026, I took my daugther to see Dr. Linnie, and it turned out they needed to be hospitalized for a faster and optimal recovery. We stayed in the Gladiola VIP room. The service, nurses, doctors, food, and facilities were all excellent.

My only suggestion for the hospital would be to provide additional facilities besides a TV to keep children entertained and prevent them from getting bored during their stay in hospital. Thanks RS Mitra Keluarga Bekasi Barat.

Soooo very grateful, I was born in Mitra Keluarga Bekasi on 2001. God Jesus bless my mom to gave birth here as the benefit from the former company she had worked. With the beautiful and kindhearted alm. dr Lidya (if i'm not mistaken) who helped the delivery. God bless you all the doctors, nurse, staff.

This is one of the great quality of hospital in Indonesia, if I could say. Tysm.

Never had any issues with the service here since I use private insurance, so everything is quick. Not sure how it is for those using BPJS. I only come here because my doctor is here and otherwise, I wouldn’t, since it’s quite far.

Parking can be hard to find when it’s full, but the hospital facilities are comfortable and complete. They gave a reusable mini tote-bag for medicines instead of plastic bag which sustainable.
