Every step was explained to us in advance, so we always knew what was happening. Even with the language barrier, it was never a problem—the staff was very patient and explained everything, using Google Translate when needed. Thank you so much!

My husband had to have surgery here after fractured arm. The nurses, drs and admin were very kind. A very nice room with a beautiful Balinese rural view. I ordered 2 meals from the little Cafe which were so tasty! Everything has gone well so far, so thank you for making a horrible experience a bit better!

We came to this hospital because my 7-year-old son had dengue fever and stayed for 3 days. Although its location seems a bit far from the city center, the service here was excellent. One of the best things about this hospital is that it’s not crowded.

There are both local and foreigner patients and everything moves quickly. The food is tasty and affordable, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The doctors are very good and speak English, as do the nurses. They were very kind and helpful, and thanks to them, our son recovered well and could leave the hospital healthy. …
