My experience accompanying my grandfather for treatment at Ahmad Noer Regional Hospital in Pamekasan was truly memorable and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, I immediately felt the friendly and orderly service provided by the staff. The registration process went smoothly, with the administrative staff patiently assisting us and providing clear directions to ensure we didn't feel overwhelmed.

The nurses and doctors treating my grandfather were also polite, communicative, and professional in conducting the examination and explaining his condition. In terms of cleanliness, the hospital environment was clean and comfortable. The waiting room was well-organized, the bathrooms clean, and the hospital grounds well-maintained. This made my grandfather and I feel comfortable while waiting for the examination. …
