Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

On January 26th2026, I visited BROS to have a distal fracture of my right hand examined, which unfortunately had not been treated properly at Siloam in Labuan Bajo. I consulted with Dr. Wien, who recommended surgery, which he then performed that same evening till 3: 30 in the morning.

BROS is well-organized, and as in any hospital worldwide, occasional waiting times occur, and the requirement for a deposit as a private patient is not unusual. All staff, starting with RIPAC (appointments via WhatsApp), through the alarm center, the emergency department, x-ray, and up to the ward nurses and doctors, are incredibly friendly, caring, and well-trained. I received professional treatment and follow-up care and I am pleased that I can fully use my hand again after the fracture has healed. My thanks to the entire team and to Dr. …
