Online booking JKN works well in this hospital, so once you registered via the app you don't have to queue again via offline (which is a lot of hospitals do) just info your code to the receptionist, print the ticket and you can wait at home. I book at 6 AM online then come again at 11 AM. The staffs are nice and helpful.

Mr. Dicky Nadeak is my son's pediatrician and he's quite informative, he suggest rontgen + blood test + mantoux test all together in a day, and I'm quite surprised this hospital could manage to processed them fast! (Except mantoux, you have to go to Puskesmas). So far so good. …

Managed privately, still (I guess), it is a busy hospital with manual services to clients. However, the strength of this hospital is that it has a solid and good team of medical doctors as well as specialists who are all still in their very productive-golden age (less than 50 years old, mostly). Growing very well for its collaboration with the Government (through BPJS - Kesehatan programme) since quite some time, the management shall also consider online services, apart of reconstructing the building which is still on progress when I write this text. .

There's nothing wrong with this hospital. And they have a healthcare package like birth surgery at a reasonable price. I once got a puss, and get a simple treatment here. And it cost me Rp400, 000. Not recommended if you have a tight budget and don't have healt insurance.
