I was impressed by the online service and response, also the QR is very helpful to know my turn. The nurses and staff admin are also helpful, including the satpams, are ready to help with smiles. I was scheduled to meet with my doctor, but due to the time I asked the nurses on the registration station and they were very helpful to check when my turn would be.

1. It is one of clean hospitals e g Public Area, Toilet, Medical Area and etc 2. Good Staff especially for them who are at 3rd floor 2. Perhaps need 1 staff who in charge at Receptionist Counter to avoid the long queuing time during the rush hours.

All the automation is nonsense and simply marketing strategy. I heard so many elder patients were sent away because they cannot registered online. At the end, the data input is still manually done. by the patients themselves! The facility is NOT children and elderly friendly.

The best hospital i’ve ever had. Even though there are many patients waiting in line, all staff still serve patiently, selected doctors who have the best service and advice, building facilities are also very clean and comfortable. But quality improvement is necessary in healthcare such as for BPJS patients it takes too long for the registration process, pharmacy queues and cashier queues.

Apart from that there is a lack of information centers because several times I have come there, there are always patients who ask me step by step what to do after seeing the doctor. Keep up the good work Siloam Kelapa Dua!
