Ketentuan pengunjung:
- Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
- Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
- Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
- Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

Good service, good doctor, but hospital needs open spaces like green small park for patient so the patients can do sunbathing and inhale the fresh air while treatment. Because it's important for recovery especially for patient related with respiratory diseases. Even the window can't be opened It's really stuffy here

Went to ER at late night, suffering from high blood pressure (175/101) and severe headache. Ended up hospitalized early morning on 31 Dec at 1 am. All the doctors, nurses, and everyone were very helpful and attentive. Had MRI at the same day with immediate result.
Room was perfectly spotless and comfortable. My next door room had several guests and they celebrated new year's count down. Seemed many others were also happy being here despite of the disease. Surprisingly, food was amazing. Beyond my expectation of any hospital meals. …

6107B. Five star Exellent service. The leadtime in each process is stabil, the security is goodwarmhearted, admission, IGD doctor and staff is know their job to done, the doctor specialist also.
The nurses. i can describe they are very kind people, they not only profesional, they are very warmhearted too, they can be your friends here.
