Room 4002 VIP for Kids the room was so very comfortable, my baby was so sleepwell, the room is very clean, all the staff is very kind and also all the nurses was very kindhearted, they’re give the good treatment to my baby, and always keep in touch with the patient condition, thankyou for all the services, i would like to share these info to others

My child has completed the treatment at Mayapada Hospital, and overall we had a very positive experience. The doctors and nurses were professional, patient, and clear in explaining the condition and treatment process, which made us feel comfortable as parents. The facilities are clean and well organized, and the administrative process was handled efficiently. Thank you to the entire Mayapada Hospital team for the excellent care.

I’ve always had an amazing experience at Mayapada Hospital Tangerang. I visit the hospital every month for my regular OB-GYN checkup with Dr. Pojianto, who is incredibly thorough, attentive, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly. Although sometimes the doctor’s schedule is delayed due to surgery, the nurses always communicate it well, either in person when we arrive or via message in the morning of the appointment, so we can adjust our time accordingly. My family has also been hospitalized at Mayapada before, and we consistently received excellent care and service from all the staff.

Overall, Mayapada Tangerang has provided a consistently positive and professional healthcare experience for me and my family.

The inpatient service here was good. The doctor who treated me seemed competent in their field. The nurses were also very helpful and responsive.

I just have a couple of suggestions regarding the room condition. I found a small cockroach on the sofa in my room, and the bathroom drain often got clogged. I hope the room hygiene and maintenance can be improved going forward. Other than that, everything was great. …

The service from the doctors and nurses here are good. The doctor and nurse who treated the patient is competent in their field. They check the patient thoroughly to make sure there are no leeway for any possible complication and provide the details to the relatives and the family to ease their worries, the nurses were also very helpful and responsive to the patient request.
