The best hospital in Lhokseumawe, Hospitality is great, room is clean & tidy, signs are very clear & informative, a bit strict about time visiting, which is good thing, something rare in small town. a big downward is medical doctor response is slow, which is the most important one. even its the most common thing in small town, We really wish it could improve, The thing that will simply make this hospital special & stands out of the crowd.

We received best service from the doctors, nurses and staffs. They were friendly and act fast, especially the nurses who answered our call promptly. We stayed in the “Kamar Kelas Satu” since it’s covered full by our insurance company. The room actually small, enough for the three of us.

But one should sleep on the sofa and the other one on the floor. The cleaning service would come twice a day to clean and mop the floor and once for bathroom. The bathroom has sitting toilet and shower with warm water. However, I wish they would pay attention to the bathroom condition (not only the floor). The ceiling and surrounding wall look old and moldy, which is not very hygienic. …

pro: the room quite nice and clean, , people used to be walking barefoot inside if u want to visit this hospital, but now they thoughtful enough to let people use their shoes on ( as it should be! ) the administration quite fast what i didnt like about this hospital 1. Lack variety of food services, , the breakfast only consist of bread and boiled egg, the lunch and dinner was so unappealing 2. the nurses seriously need to upgrade their skill. especially the younger one, my hand was swollen after one of their nurse inject some vials too fast.
