This was my first time visiting this hospital. At first, I was a bit confused by the entrance because I only saw the Emergency Unit. However, once inside the yard, the signage was clear and showed that the main entrance is to the left of the Emergency Unit.

No panic at all. The hospitality was excellent. From the first staff at the entrance, security, registration team, nurses, doctors, to the laboratory staff, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the service was very good. Shout out to Mr. …

Everyone was really kind and helpful, and I was seen super fast. Big thanks to Yohanes Ferdi for the great help, and also to the doctor and the nurses who took such good care of me. Really good experience overall — I totally recommend this hospital!

I genuinely appreciate the hospital for continuously upgrading its facilities and creating such a comfortable, modern, and welcoming environment for patients, which really made each visit feel reassuring I would also like to give a special and heartfelt thank you to Mr Ferdy (If I’m not mistaken, that is the correct spelling of his name) whose friendliness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help made every visit so much easier and enjoyable—he was always attentive and ready to assist whenever I needed help Note: pls improve your parking lot, so i don’t need to park my car across the hospital.

The services have already improved a lot and the facilities already so much better, the hospital is clean and the services are great also thank you to Pak Ferdy who was really heplfull during my visit. The only concern is the parking space is very limited.

This is the first time I’m giving a ⭐5 rating. The initiative and helpful information provided by the patient relation officer at the registration desk made me feel truly comfortable. Plus, the executive lounge was quite cozy and pleasant.
