We had such a great experience at RS Brawijaya Saharjo. From the very first time we came for pregnancy check-ups until the delivery, everything was handled so well. The nurses and staff were all very kind, helpful, and responsive.
They really made us feel comfortable and well taken care of during this special moment. Special thanks to dr. I want to give a huge shoutout to the MCU service at Brawijaya Hospital Saharjo, the whole experience was truly excellent. They have a dedicated special room just for MCU, which makes the whole process feel organized, private, and comfortable. The staff were incredibly well-prepared and assisted me from head to toe with professionalism and warmth. From the general doctor, cardiologist, EKG, treadmill test, to all the lab checks, everything was handled smoothly and efficiently.
Every step felt structured, clear, and thorough. They also provide food, water, and a very comfortable waiting experience, which made the whole MCU process feel effortless. Overall, I’m really impressed. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a smooth, complete, and well-organized MCU experience.

All the staff is super helpfull. I came here because my mom unconscious after breakfasting. We came to Emergency Unit and the nurse fully support to ask the chronology before the doctor came. And the other nurse already prepare for placing an infusion.
Not than 2 hours, my mom already taking MRI and moved to patient room.
