Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

I had a very positive experience at St Carolus Hospital when i brought my aunt to the IGD (Emergency Room). From the moment we arrived, the security staff were responsive and helpful, assisting us quickly and making sure we were directed properly. The nurses and doctors were very quick in handling my aunt's condition.

They were professional, attentive, and explained everything clearly. We truly appreciated their efficiency and care during a stressful situation. Overall, i'm very satisfied with the service and hospitality. I would highly recommended the IGD at St Carolus Hospital to anyone who needs prompt and reliable emergency care.

This hospital is very professional and trustworthy. My daughter seems to like this hospital so much that she decided to go here for her hospitalization this time. Very friendly nurses and doctor. The room is very clean, lovely with lilac-colored wall, and spatious.

I was treated on the 3rd Floor Carolus Room and from the moment I stepped into the emergency department until the operating and observation rooms, all the doctors, nurses, and staff attentively, excellently, and diligently helped me get back to health. The doctor took extra care in explaining the diagnosis and treatment knowing I spoke English. Everything is neat and clean and they care deeply for their patients.
