This was my first time visiting Indonesia from Japan, and unfortunately I developed a bacterial infection and had to come to this hospital. Even though it was late at night, the staff treated me with great care, and the hospital room was very clean and comfortable. In particular, Dr.

Sonia and nurse Yoela were extremely kind and gentle. They carefully explained my condition and medications in clear, slow English, which made me feel very reassured. If you are looking for a hospital in Bogor, I would highly recommend this one.

My child was recently hospitalized at Siloam Bogor, and overall we had a positive experience. The nurses and staff were very friendly, creating a comforting environment for both the patient and the family. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained, which helped support my child’s recovery. The doctors were highly competent and professional, making decisions based on laboratory results and data-driven assessments.

This gave us confidence that my child was receiving accurate and reliable medical care. Overall, the medical services were excellent. However, one area that I believe needs improvement is the discharge process. After the doctor confirmed that my child was allowed to go home, the administrative and billing procedures took around 3 hours to complete. This felt very long, especially when the patient is already cleared to rest at home. …

One of the good hospitals in Bogor area. It’s in lippo plaza kebun raya. The hospital is quite clean and the place has a good air conditioning. The doctors are pretty great too. The staffs here very friendly and helpful.

But, when it comes to get a recipe and payment it was a bit slow service. I have to wait very long time just to be called. They don't even take my paper when i gave the staff. …

I've been an inpatient here twice. First because of Typhoid Fever and then appendicitis, which is found on my first hospitalized period. The screening process were very thorough and careful, Thanks to dr Jono and dr Hafizh.

Thanks a lot too for Nurses on Bethania Ward for taking care and being responsive on my first inpatient period, especially nurse Sunarti and Yoel. Their check ups on new patient were also very thorough, so thankfully my appendicitis was found on its early stage. The surgery session was also very smooth, thanks to dr David Marcellis as Surgeon, Anesthesiologist, and Surgery Team. There were complication post surgery to the point that i needed blood transfusion, but they were taken care excellently by dr David and dr Nicholas as internist. …
