  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

I stay for about 3 days at this hospital. The nurse & doctor was so helpfull If you already have BPJS class 1, and you want VIP room you can just upgrade with your insurance its very easy the service of the CS was pretty good They keep the room clean and comfy. But. i hear & see that 10 of BPJS room have trouble with the aircon, it can't be usefull!

A very good international hospital. We went in on a Sunday becuase my husband was sick. They saw us straight away and treated him directly. They speak very good English and very friendly. No long waiting times or sitting around being send from a to b.

Terima kasih banyak looking after my husband. After the diagnoses we went to the pharmacy inside the hospital and everything ran very smoothly. We couldn't find the pharmacy when we arrived on the 3th floor but a nurse directed us as soon as she saw we were lost: ). …

This was my first time having a medical check-up at Siloam Hospital Manado, and I must say, it was a very satisfying experience. From the very beginning, the hospital staff clearly explained all the procedures that would be done, including details about any waiting times or other things I should be aware of. The facilities provided were also great – they offered tea, coffee, and bottled water for the patients, which added an extra level of comfort.

The room was cool, quiet, and had a refreshing scent, making the whole check-up process feel relaxing. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially the Front Office team. The nurses were very professional and took the time to explain each step of the procedure, which made me feel truly valued and well taken care of. Overall, my experience at Siloam Hospital Manado was excellent, and I would highly recommend their medical services to anyone in need. …
