Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

It is located in crowded area. This private hospital has everything you need for medical care. Here are also available bakeries, mini markets and restaurants that serve visitors who might need them.

The parking lot also available. The atmosphere also clean, fresh but rather gloomy. The only thing that might bother patients is the sound of trains that often cross this area.

Famous catholic hospital in Malang. The hospital is clean but the building is old, hope can be upgrade. The doctor and staff are friendly and responsif. The facilities also complete.

But the price is expensive

EXCELLENT SERVICE! I got bacteria through the food and my travel insurance sent me to this hospital. Took a while till the check-in due paperwork issues with my insurance/intermediary and the hospital. The time I was waiting, the personnel from the hospital sent one person that speaks fluent English talk to me to say sorry about the waiting, explain the process and ask if I need something. Doctors and nurses are also super gentle and kind, all the time pending if I am ok or comfortable.

I commented that I couldn't eat for the last 24h and they asked what I wanted to eat and ordered the kitchen to prepare porridge so I could eat after the treatment. All the staff were very gentle, trying to help me and do all the best service. And this happens not only because I'm a foreigner, I spent a few hours there I could see that is their behavior with all.
