Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

A late night visit here with my "niece", it wasn't an emergency but it was important. After walking through the doors my niece explained what was happening and so very quickly a wheel chair appeared. I am not indonesian, no experience with indonesian hospital procedures, so I asked if it was ok for me to join.

The staff said of course. We were taken upstairs. The nurse asked for normal details (bpjs etc). My niece then got to wait on a bed, and the staff brought me a chair to sit on. …

Overall Experience, I highly Kasih Ibu Hospital Kedonganan to anyone seeking excellent medical care. The staff's commitment to patient satisfaction is evident, and I feel blessed to have received such care. Dr. Indah was particularly impressive, taking the time to explain my daughter condition and treatment options.

Their professionalism and kindness were truly remarkable. The nurses [ 3rd Floor]were angels in disguise! Their kindness, empathy, and attention to detail made a huge difference in my daughter recovery. They were especially caring and responsive to my daughter needs. 5 stars isn't enough - I'd give 10 stars if I could! …

I had a great experience at Kasih Ibu Hospital Kedonganan. I was truly amazed by their emergency response service. The doctors and nurses were very kind, professional, and attentive. They helped me quickly and made me feel safe and well taken care of. Thank you so much for your excellent care!

I was hospitalized for 4 days and 3 nights due to a fever. I was admitted through the emergency room—the process was very quick, and everything flowed smoothly. Once the bed was prepared, I went straight to the room.

The nurses were very responsive, and the food was surprisingly tasty. During the follow-up appointment process, everything was also very efficient—the data was already in the system, and the entire process took me less than an hour. The information booth was very helpful, as were the staff at the registration area in the lobby and at the cashier. This is my very first time writing a review because it truly feels worth sharing. …
