I used come here for skin doctor, nurses are friendly and patient, doctor enough experience Clean, good service, for prices expensive compared to government hospitals. But it's worth. Places at jl Mangga Besar.

, We can reaced to this place easyly. I came at Unit Rawat Jalan. For seeing the doctor.

Old hospital, but still treating the one in need. Generally ok, clean, looks old, but still working fine, except for the parking lot. There are some room for improvements.

It's a decent and clean hospital. Maybe i came at early morning so the staffs still preparing the place. I came here to take swab test, the information officer professionaly kind to direct me where to go, and at the registration booth, i was served with professional attitude. I had fairly good experience here.

Good medical team (doctor and nurse) but slow document processing (payment and registration), I must wait 1-2 hour using insurance card

IGD a bit slow but the nurses, especially elder one are very very attentive and caring. Ended up hospitalized for a night and the room was clean, although old, and the care was exceptional. Been almost a months controlling back and forth to the doctor, and the nurses especially in bedah clinic, LOVE THEM thank you to dokter riki and shiera as well who have taken care of me since. Facilities are also getting better, 2 coffee shops, bakery, ATMs and food courts are available.

Husada has definitely improved a long long way
