I visited Hermina Hospital for a medical check up and had a good experience. The registration process was fast and well organized. The doctors and nurses were professional, friendly, and very helpful.

I take my children here because of the good quality of the hospital and the doctors. My only complaint is the schedule of the doctor. I do understand if sometimes the doctor has emergency, but isnt it easy to just notify the hospital when they are late, how long will they be late, so the patients dont just wait without any explanation. Almost never the doctors arrive on schedule.
Other than that the service is great.

The service is fast and the officers are quite friendly if there are few visitors. If it's a lot different, they seem a little indifferent. maybe the medical officers are confused about serving many patients. Im going to dental today.
