Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

Excellent. If you are an international and need medical help in Jakarta, this is a great place to go. We had visited two other hospitals beforehand, but they did not feel clean and nobody spoke any English.

Here, you will immediately be assigned to a personal escort who guides you through the hospital and who also functions as a translator during appointments. They don’t start with questions about money and insurance (of course I have insurance), they just want to help you. They are very quick, we had an appointment the same day. After that, we stayed in touch via WhatsApp which was also nice. …

Had a lovely visit today at this hospital as I needed to consult an ortho for post-op care due to an unplanned minor surgery before my trip to Jakarta. I do not speak Bahasa since I am a tourist so they assigned me a translator to make sure I was comfortable communicating with the hospital staff. The doctor was very friendly as well, and spoke fluent English so I didn’t have any anxiety communicating my concerns. Highly recommend this hospital if you’re a tourist in Jakarta!

its our first time just randomly took nearest hospital to check on my husband condition. very pleasant hospitality, the neurologist dr. marcelia helps a lot and very detailed, it was a pleasure to have her. all the staff works very professional, advanced and very helpful. its like the service already good step for the patients to heal.
