Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Maksimal 2 orang di dalam ruang rawat inap secara bergantian.
  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

There is certainly a lot to like about BIMC Cosmetic hospital, including the staff in all departments. This is my 10th surgery and I have a small, 6 bedroom, purpose built hotel for aftercare in Nusa Dua, I built and opened in April 2025. The only feedback are a few small missing details as follows.

*Bathroom missing a towel rack, no where to hang your towel *No hand towel or face washer *No hand wash in bathroom *No serviette on food tray *Tea and coffee served cold *Meals were very good But difficult to eat when you have had arm surgery, I could not pour my tea or cut up my food on the first day and while I understand the staff are busy, it would only take a moment to ask if the patient needs any assistance when the meal tray is delivered. I would also suggest patients are notified before they arrive that flowers are not permitted in the hospital as mine were left in reception for my staff. Recently had breast reduction surgery in the cosmetic department. I stayed 2 nights and was very happy with the service. My doctor was Dr. Asti who is very proffesional and skilled.

The room was excellent and so was the nursing staff. The food also very good. Follow up appointments were quickly attended to. All in all a good, satisfying experience

Fast, clean, professional and English speaking hospital environment. In my experience, here are steps on how to get a quick service: 1) Before you go, find out their WhatsApp admin number 2) Chat to them, find out which Dr. specialty you need in your case 3) Make an appt 4) Check your insurance and paperwork 5) You good to go When the appt time is all set, they’ll do the service quickly for you: )

The hospital itself is stunning, with modern facilities that create a welcoming and serene atmosphere. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for my recovery. The medical team at BIMC Nusa Dua is highly skilled and compassionate. My surgeon took the time to discuss the procedure in detail, addressing all my questions and concerns, which made me feel completely at ease.

Amazing! Extremely helpful! Very friendly and clean. Thought I was in a motel.

Communication was great! My partial upper denture snapped on first day on arriving in Bali, I was able to get an appointment within two days, the dentist was able to give me a couple of options and prices and said he can make a new plate a transfer the existing tooth on new plate. I was absolutely thrilled and only had to wait for 1 hour. I definitely would recommend the BIMC DENTAL HOSPITAL to anyone that needs dental care. I’ll certainly go back.
