Ketentuan pengunjung:

  • Anak di bawah 12 tahun tidak diperkenankan masuk ruang perawatan.
  • Wajib menggunakan masker, mencuci tangan, dan dalam kondisi sehat.
  • Ruang khusus (ICU, ICCU, isolasi, NICU) memiliki jadwal & aturan tersendiri yang lebih ketat.

Got my teeth surgery here. I love the nurses the doctor, they’re very nice and helpfull as they knew they should be. From my pov, the administration thing was a bit too slow.

I had to wait for almost 3hours at IGD without any clue. For the room it’s ok, make sure the hygiene will be improved. So far i had a great time here, and even the cleaner they did well. Thank you!

Had an emergency appendectomy here. The staff is highly professional, English speaking and friendly. The surgery went really well, spent 4 days hospitalized during recovery — they took care of me very well.

Make sure you have insurance, as this kind of operation can cost up to $3200. Highly recommended this hospital

The hospital is new, doctors, nurses and employees are great professionals. Till now all good. However the place is slowly becoming victim of its own success. The waiting to register only is unbearable, also the exit / cashier takes too long.

Yet this is nothing wrong with the front office, they are doing their very best (and beyond). It is the hundreds and hundreds of people who just cant be handled in such small hospital.
