For hospitalization, we chose a Class 1 room. The room was very clean, comfortable, and consistently maintained by the housekeeping staff. This is where my daughter born earlier in may. The place are great, the staff, nurse & doctor are very nice. Our VVIP room (merak 1) are as good as hotel room. The food for patients are also good.

They treat mom & child with utmost care. One time my daughter cried at 1am & we have no idea what to do, I called the nurse office & they immediately come to our room to treat the baby. Also the price are quite affordable for me. After service also good, when your wife delivered the baby here you don't need to make reservations or queue when you need to do monthly check up. Overall we are very satisfied with this hospital

A lot of improvements. Please also provide EDC Machine/cashless mechanism on the cashier. It is important especially during COVID19 Pandemic to limit the virus transmission.

Physical distancing seat also need to be improved. Signs needed in the bench. Thanks.
